Painting received 3 weeks ago and took it to a specialist for stretching and framing. Collected the painting this morning and the proprietor says he has seen a lot of reproduction of the Sunflowers and this one has got to be one of the best he's seen!

When i received the painting there was a small problem that needed a touch up. Top of Art took the painting back and made the correction i requested and I'm very pleased with the results. Thank you Michael.

As a child, me and my father had a habit for Christmas time, we travelled to Munich and visited museums. In one of these (Lenbachhaus) there was this painting from a Franz Marc and I fell in love with it. As I child I had this as a poster in my room and always dreamed of having it as a real painting. Later as an adult, I took every opportunity to visit "my picture". I can't count the hours I stood in front of it and sadly never got to touch it. Now I dared the experiment and had TOPofART paint it for me. Of course I was a bit skeptical and needed some patience.

But when I got it 2 days ago and temporarily hung it up, I had exactly the same magical moment as in front of the original. Even at 55, I have to admit that I had tears in my eyes when I finally got to touch it. The painter has not only hit the picture so well with the motif, but also with the painting style (including the small mistakes of the original), it is as if I were in the Lehnbachhaus. But now I need patience again, because the picture is now at the frame. The gallery I took it to was also impressed by the quality of this replica.
